This is a superb antique wrought iron music stand from the early 1900’s in excellent condition.
The piece is extremely thick and heavy and displays fantastic craftsmanship after the fashion of Samuel Yellin (though it is unsigned).
The page holder at the top detaches from the column and the candle holders at the sides are adjustable.
The piece has a great Fleur-de-Lis motif throughout, has great curves all over, curled feet, twists, and an emblem inset in the column.
There are rivets at the top.
The piece is extremely thick and heavy and the column is 1 and 1/8″ square.
This is a rare and fantastic piece that has a decorative gothic look and is in unusually good condition.
