CONDITION:
We do not deal in “Estate Condition” or “As Is” pieces. Unless there is an issue/concern/defect noted in the description, the buyer can be assured that there are none. Many times furniture pieces sold in “Auction” circumstances have problems, such as weakness in the structure, replaced parts, poor repairs, amateur glue or finish work, or veneer lifting/missing. We do not deal in “Flea Market” type items.
SHIPPING & HANDLING:
Our items are packed with extreme care by on-site staff, using sturdy containers and excessive fill. We work hard trying to ensure that shipped items reach our customers without damage. We will calculate Exact Shipping Fees when provided with a destination address. Insurance is Required. We ship large items via a Freight service. Buyers may need to pick up items from the nearest trucking company location. Home delivery is often possible for an additional fee. Shipping fees will be combined and adjusted with the purchase of multiple items.
RUGS:
For rugs that will be used on a wood floor or hard floor surface, a rubber underpad is often recommended to keep the rug in place. At the request of the customer and for a nominal fee, we will provide a rubber pad cut specifically to the size of the rug purchased.
