This is a very nice L&jG Stickley lamp table with lower shelf.
The top splined 8 spots and section of oak is GREAT
It is signed with decal and with cleaned original finish with no repairs or replaced wood.
Very minor stain on top which can be seen on many images.
The table is with original finish with some wear to top (normal use), the top with few light stains( see pics).
