This is rare and good antique karpen settle from the?early 1900’s Mission Arts&Crafts period in excellent condition.
The piece made of good selection of quarter sawn oak?with great cut out and with no cracks (most furniture with
cut out come with cracks but its not the case here).
It is with original finish with very light overcoat and with?recovered original spring?cushion with first grad black leather?with 100% cotton fill and hair (no cheap foam fill).
We have over 24 settles in the shop but this one?by far is the most comfortable settle you can find.
The pc is mark with Karpen metal tag.
We do have other settee and settle in this form in several other sizes,?you will be very happy with this settle in your home.
