This is a superb antique Caucasian oriental rug from the 1920s.
It is in very good condition.
The rug has 100% wool, hand knotted pile that is even-high throughout with only one small spot of folding wear at one end.
The sides and ends are complete.
Aside from the folding wear and a rough corner, the rug is essentially in mint condition.
It has fantastic design and color scheme with a particularly unique and attractive border.
It is very thin and flexible and has a very fine weave.
This is a very decorative and collectible rug in unusually good condition.
