This is a Superb Antique Brooks Even Arm Settle from the early 1900s.
This is a Brooks Cube Settle and it has a beautiful design. This settle has the original finish with some normal wear. The seat has been recovered with a top quality black hand-rubbed leather filled with cotton and hair. (Not Cheap Foam)
The seat is on top of a cotton webbing and not cheap plywood like you see most dealers use. We use a very high-quality leather from Germany and if you compare our seats to the other dealers you will see the difference. We try and make the furniture as time period correct as we can and also we make the seats very comfortable. This chair is sturdy and strong with no repaired or replaced parts and they are ready to be used in your home or business.
