This is a superb antique persian quashgai oriental rug from the late 1800’s in very good condition.

The rug has 100% wool, hand knotted pile over a wool foundation.

The pile is even-high throughout with no signs of wear.

It looks like it was hung on a wall rather than walked on.

The sides and ends are complete.

The rug is very attractive and colorful and is in very rare condition, making it decorative and collectible.

Ivory background with light blue border and red, salmon, brown, navy.
