This is an antique Michigan Chair Company hall chair from the early 1900's Mission and Arts & Crafts period in very good condition.
The piece is made of excellent quarter sawn oak with an original finish.
The chair has Arts & Crafts form with interesting additions such as a carved crest rail and turned legs and stretcher at the front.
There is an original caned seat that is very strong and has no damage.
The chair is very thick and heavy and is marked with a paper label.
