This is a good antique Jacquard loomed tapestry in a design by Lionel Peraux from the early 1900s in good condition.
The piece is extremely well made and has an excellent metal hanger on top that adds to the look.
It has many greens, brown, and pinks and displays excellent figures and landscapes.
There is a gouge on one side as pictured that is about 1″ x 2″ in size.
Despite this, it is a very impressive and decorative piece.
