This is a nice antique Globe Wernicke file cabinet from the early 1900s Mission and Arts & Crafts period in good condition.
The piece is made of good quarter sawn oak with an excellent original finish.
The cabinet is extremely heavy and well made with all original metal hardware except for a missing rod cap on the second drawer.
The paneled sides are removable to allow for expansion and the piece is signed with a decal as pictured.
There are a couple minor chips and the missing cap, otherwise the piece is excellent.
