This is a nice antique Derby window seat from the early 1900s Mission and Arts & Crafts period in very good condition.
The piece is made of excellent quarter sawn oak with an original finish.
The bench has excellent cutouts at the bottom and spindled cutouts at the top.
The seat rail is arched and there are keyed through tenons at the sides.
The seat has been recovered in new leather and the piece is sturdy and strong.
The piece was made by Derby but is unsigned.
