This is a superb antique Arts & Crafts carved high back hall chair from the early 1900’s Mission period in very good condition.

The piece is made of excellent quarter sawn oak with an original finish.

The chair is from Cincinnati, Ohio is unusually high quality.

There are extremely fine carvings on the back including oak leaves on the crest rail.

There are cutouts at the back and turned legs at the front.

The chair has a great high back and is unusually thick and heavy.

This is a rare and attractive piece that is very sturdy and usable.

It is unsigned but is extremely high quality.
