This is a superb art deco chinese nicols rug from the 1930’s, 100% wool pile with cotton foundation in excellent condition.

The pile is even high with no wear, stain or smell and its complete with no any row missing on ends or on sides.

The rug has superb design and colors scheme and has desirable border colors which provide an excellent contras to the beautiful gold background and extremely decorative and collectable.

Most rugs from this era are worn out and stained.
