This is a Superb Antique Pair of Limbert Rocking Chair & Morris Chair from the early 1900s. The rocking chair has the original finish and is in good condition. It does have a Limbert brand under the arm as you can see in the pictures. The morris chair is a great looking chair that is in very good condition with an excellent original finish and color. The morris chair has a through tenon construction in two places on each arm. The morris chair has an excellent selection of oak and it is marked with a Limbert brand under the arm. The seat and back cushion of both chairs have been recovered with a top quality black hand-rubbed leather filled with cotton and hair. The seat is on top of a cotton webbing.
