Antique Early 1902-03 Gustav Stickley Plant Stand that is in very good condition. This is a great looking rare plant stand with the original fume black finish. (The pictures show it as a reddish/dark brown but the color is a nice chocolate fume black finish.) The stand was made with an excellent selection of quarter sawn oak and?marked with box decal from 1903. It has a key and through tenon construction on each side and both legs on each side are pinned. There is a red decal on the bottom of the stand as you can see in the pictures. There are no repaired or replaced parts in this stand and would look great in your home or business. The stand came from a famous collection in Philadelphia, PA.
We do have another earlier Gustav Stickley Plant Stand from 1901 with a Grueby tile in the top. Both stands that we have are in great condition and you just don’t find stands in that good of condition too often. Both of these stands because of the earliness and condition are very collectible!
