This is an Antique L&jG Stickley Large Arm Rocking Chair with Slats from the early 1900s.
This is a great looking chair that has a good original finish with a light overcoat.
The chair has a through tenon construction on each arm. The chair was made with a good selection of oak as you can see in the pictures. The original spring seat has been recovered with a top quality black hand-rubbed leather filled with cotton and hair.
The springs have been professionally adjusted which makes this a very comfortable chair to sit on. We use a very high-quality leather from Germany and if you compare our seats to the other dealers you will see the difference. We try and make the furniture as time period correct as we can and also we make the seats very comfortable. This is a large and heavy duty chair that does not have any repaired or replaced parts and it is sturdy and strong and ready to be used in your home or business.
