This is superb antique persian serab oriental rug from the 1890’s to 1900 in excellent condition.
The rug has 100% wool, hand knotted pile over a wool foundation.
The pile is even-high throughout with no low spots.
The sides and ends are complete and the original killim fringe is present.
The rug has a great design and color scheme and has an unusual border.
It is in rare condition and is also a hard to find size, making it highly collectible.

Camel hair background Red-rust border and gold, salmon, blue, dark brown, light brown.
