This is a superb antique Colonial Manufacturing Company grandfather or tall case clock from the early 1900s Mission and Arts & Crafts period in very good condition.
The clock is made of excellent quarter sawn oak with a good dark finish.
It has superb form with a slightly overhanging top and great barley twist columns at the sides.
The piece has caning in the doors at the sides which provide access to the mechanism.
The original pendulum, chain, and weights are present and the clock has been cleaned and serviced and is working.
There are turned feet at the bottom and the piece is extremely heavy and sturdy.
It is signed with a decal as pictured and has great chimes.
This is a rare and impressive piece in unusually good condition.
