This is a superb antique Atwater Kent floor tube radio and phonograph from the 1920s in very good condition.
The piece consists of an Atwater Kent radio and speaker set in a Pooley cabinet with phonograph designed for them.
The piece is extremely heavy and all hardware appears to be complete including vacuum tubes.
The cabinet is model #7600 and has excellent hand painted decorations and elaborate brass hinges and pulls.
It sits on a nice base with turned legs and finials and shoe feet.
The speaker has a particularly massive magnet on it.
The cabinet has a minor rough edges from normal use but is otherwise excellent.
The item does not power up and probably needs a new power supply.
