This is a very unusual child’s toy from the Victorian era of the late 1800’s in very good condition for its age.
The piece is expertly hand crafted with glass eyes, a real horsehair mane, and a linen body.
All accessories appear to be original including the saddle.
The horse sits on an early skateboard with original iron wheels.
The piece has typical wear from normal use as is pictured, mostly notably on the horse’s back, but has no structural damage.
It is a rare and collectible piece.
